Chepa shutki is a semi-dried traditional fermented fish. It is originated in Mymensingh district of Bangladesh.
Usually, dried fish is baked under the sun, but chepa shutki is made with semi fermentation. Like other dried fish, chepa shutki is cooked with lots chilli and garlic.
