Thai Fish Cakes are eaten as a snack food or as a side dish to a larger meal all over Thailand. More flavorful compared to most Western fish cake recipes, these cakes are not battered, which allows for more of the fresh taste of the fish, spices, and herbs to come through.
Serve them with or without rice, accompanied by any sweet chili sauce, chopped cucumber, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
