Chilli crushed is a condiment and a spice consisting of dried, crushed seeded red chilli peppers.
Ideal ingredient if you are making homemade chilli oil. Used in spice rubs, pasta sauces, or even as a hot garnish or seasoning instead of black pepper. Occasionally, it is added to hot oil and sautéed, turn a darker color and gives a lovely flavor to the dish.
